Create Discord embeds without a webhook
Use the Free Tools & Utilities dashboard editor to build a Discord embed on a phone or desktop, preview it live, and save up to 10 templates per bot. Send a saved template with /embed send, or keep using the original typed command for a quick one-off embed.

Before you start
- Use an online bot with the Free Tools & Utilities module enabled in a server you manage. Test in a channel where the bot can send messages and embeds.
- Use a member with Manage Messages to send either embed command. The dashboard editor is for bot owners and team members who can save module settings.
- Discord allows titles up to 256 characters, descriptions up to 4,096 characters, up to 25 fields, and 6,000 total text characters in one embed.
Build and save an embed template
Open the bot’s Modules tab, configure Tools & Utilities, then open Saved embed templates. Add a template and give it a name. You can enter a title, description, colour, footer, image URL and up to 25 fields. The Discord-style preview updates as you type; its stacked layout keeps the editor usable on a narrow phone screen.
Save the module settings when you are done. Free bots can save up to 10 templates per bot; Pro bots can save up to 100. You can rename, duplicate or delete templates from the same editor. Templates that exceed Discord’s field or text limits are not saved.
Send a saved template
In Discord, run /embed send template:Server update channel:#announcements. Pick the exact saved template name and the destination text or announcement channel. The bot posts that template to the selected channel and confirms the send privately for slash-command users.
If the template is missing, the channel is no longer available, the bot cannot post there, or the embed exceeds Discord’s limits, the command returns a clear error instead of posting a partial message.
Keep using the one-off typed command
The original !embed prefix command still works unchanged: run !embed Server update | Game night starts at 8 PM | #5865F2 in the current channel. It posts a timestamped title-and-description embed and attempts to remove the message that ran it.
Use !embed for a quick one-off message; use a saved template when you need fields, an image, a footer or a reusable layout.
