01Can I use the Free plan forever?

Yes. Every new account starts on Free, with no payment method needed. Free is free forever with 1 bot and the core modules; the AI Module Builder is part of Pro. Upgrade to Pro whenever you need more.

02Does Free include AI Module Builder credits?

No. The AI Module Builder is a Pro feature, so new Free accounts get no builder credits or sessions. Pro is $9.99/month and includes 50 AI credits each month. Credit packs are sold on every plan, but they do not include Pro.

03What happens when Pro ends?

Your account moves to the Free limits. One bot slot remains available; bots above that Free limit are stopped but kept. Pro-only features and custom modules pause, nothing is deleted, and saved bot settings and module source remain. Upgrade to Pro whenever you are ready to restore them; check your bot status and configuration after upgrading.

04Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

You can subscribe or cancel from your subscription page. Pro activates after PayPal confirms the subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for. The confirmation shows your Pro end date. Without a payment or a verifiable paid period end, the account returns to Free on cancellation.

05What payment methods do you accept?

Everything is paid with PayPal — Pro subscriptions and one-time credit packs. Inside PayPal's checkout you can pay from your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or a card. If your card can't do recurring billing, fund the subscription with your balance or bank instead.

06What happens to my bots if I downgrade?

Your bots and settings are kept, and nothing is deleted. When Pro ends, your account moves to Free: 1 bot keeps running, while bots above that limit are stopped but kept. Pro-only and custom modules pause. Upgrade to Pro whenever you are ready to restore them.

07Is there a referral program?

Yes! Earn 25% lifetime recurring commission on every subscription purchased through your referral link. There are no limits or expiration on referral earnings.

08Why can't my card start a subscription?

Some cards or accounts do not support recurring payments. Check the methods available in PayPal checkout, or contact your payment provider about a decline. Another eligible funding method may work; no payment method is guaranteed to be approved.

09What happened to Premium and Developer?

Premium and Developer are retired from sale. The current paid plan is Pro at $9.99/month or $99.90/year. Check your subscription page for your account’s current plan and billing details.

10Do credits expire?

Purchased credits never expire — they stay in your balance until you spend them in the AI Module Builder. The 50 monthly AI credits included with Pro reset each month and don't roll over.

11How do beta codes work?

New accounts start on Free. Pro is $9.99/month and includes the AI Module Builder and marketplace publishing. If our team gives you a beta code, redeem it during signup or from your account page.
