Media Collection is an opt-in Pro module. It saves links and review decisions in your bot's database, with an optional gallery channel for approved entries. No media service API key or game-server installation is required.
What you get
A queue that survives restarts
Pending submissions, decisions and cooldown timestamps stay in the bot's database. Lists show ten entries per page; members see their own pending/rejected entries, while reviewers can see the full queue.
Review before sharing
Manage Messages or a configured reviewer role is required to approve or reject. Optional gallery posts suppress mentions and link previews. The bot needs View Channel and Send Messages in the selected text channel.
Bounded collections
Set 1–20 pending entries per member and a 10–3600 second submission cooldown. Collections hold up to 500 records per server. Reviewed entries older than 30 days are cleared when a new submission arrives.

Set up media review
Enable Media Collection on a Pro bot and use the normal regenerate/start workflow. Open its settings and select the intended server.
Choose an optional reviewer role, approved gallery and submission channel. Set pending-entry and cooldown limits, then save.
Try /media submit with a title and supported link. A reviewer can find it with /media list and approve it with /media approve id. Give the bot View Channel and Send Messages if using a gallery.

Frequently asked questions
Does the bot download or archive media?
No. It stores links without fetching media or contacting those providers. Discord attachment links can expire. Keep original files separately if you need an archive.
What if a gallery post fails or the bot restarts?
The approval is saved before the post is attempted. Gallery delivery is best effort and is not retried automatically. If delivery is unconfirmed, inspect the channel before manually sharing the saved link from /media view.
Can I keep submissions in one channel?
Yes. Choose a submission text channel in the per-server settings, or leave it empty to allow submission anywhere the member can use the command. This slash-only module adds no privileged intents.
